Jonk Family Farms is located in Westlock, Alberta. In 1990, Nick and Renee started the farm with high generation certified seed potatoes. The farm grew to include their three children Theo, Nico and Jose. After 25 years of seed potatoes, the opportunity came to diversify into oat seed.
Our current operation includes 2000 acres of pedigreed oat seed varieties. We like to enjoy farming as a family including our grandchildren Hamilton, Aleida, Adena and Leo. When it comes to the different seasons everyone chips in. Here are some photos of us in action.
